Imported from overseas and which you will never see in our local retail stores! Pre order items (delivery time frame 3 weeks) applicable for certain products and are discounted (for hitting a pre determined quantity) and you won’t find that anywhere. If quantity target has not been reached, we will refund back to your account. So get your friends or relatives to join the spree. The more you buy the more you SAVE!

TERMS & CONDITIONS
Prices

• All pricings are Nett.
• Shipping charges are not included in the pricing and will be charged separately.

Payment

• All orders require full payment.
• All payments for ready stocks have to be in within 48 hours of receipt of invoice. Should you need an extension, do drop us an email at codigohermosa@gmail.com
• Codigo Hermosa reserves the right to release the item to the next buyer should there be no extension request received during the 48-hour timeframe.
• For orders made on the closing date of preorders, payment must be in within the same day that invoice is issued.
• We accept payment via Bank transfer directly to our Singapore Bank account:

• Please note that third-party interbank transfer may take up to 3 working days for clearance.
• Payment by credit card via Paypal is available. An additional 5% administrative charge is applicable. Please indicate in your order if you would like to pay via Paypal.

Shipping/Collection of order

• Orders will only be sent when full payment is received.
• Payment has to come in before mailing days for orders to be sent out.
• Shipping charges for normal local delivery is SGD1 per item for normal items, Additional shipping charges may apply for bulkier items.
• For additional assurance by Singpost registered delivery, please add SGD3 to the total bill during payment.
• Free registered delivery is applicable for purchases above SGD100 (in a single invoice).
• For international shipping charges, please email us for rates.

Cancellation, Exchange and Returns

• Cancellation of order will not be accepted once payment is made.
• Items once sold are non-refundable.
• Goods will be checked to be free from visible defects and carefully packed prior to delivery.
• Codigo Hermosa will not be responsible for any lost items or damage to items during delivery.
• Codigo Hermosa will not be responsible for damage due to customers’ negligence.
• Exchange/Returns are only applicable for items with manufacturing defects.
